The 4th

This year for the 4th of July we went to the Sandy city Parade because my Uncle works for Sandy City. The Parade was awesome. Karra had so much fun seeing all the "princesses" (aka city royalty). Also there were clowns and gymnasts and pretty much anything else you can think of. The military jets even flew over.

Karra was so brave she loved the fireworks.

We took Karra on her very first boating trip this year. We all had a blast! The pictures speak for themselves.

HORSES

Mike and his wife Abby lived in her grandparents house while they were on their mission. They invited us over to hang out and see the horses. This was Karras first time being near horses.

Easter

Easter was Fun. The Easter Bunny brought Karra a princess Castle and two princesses and also some Candy.

R.I.P Buddy!

So sadly this year we had to put our dog down. He was in so much pain and it was definitely time. This was the night before he went down. Yes i cried and yes we buried him in our back yard. He was pretty much a member of the family and he will be missed!

FAMILY TIME

We took Karra to the Park a lot this Spring and Summer. Everyday I had off from work we were there no matter what. Since I work full time it was nice to go so often with Karra and we even got to go as a family a couple times.

My parents bought a trike for Karra and all of the grand kids to come. Scott had a blast teaching Karra how to ride it. I think shes still trying to get the hang of it.

FIRST PET AND WEDDING

In February we bought Karra her very first pet! She got a glo fish. When you turn on the lights it glows in the dark underneath the black lights that are in the tank. She named it Mamo (aka Nemo) she can't say Nemo. After we bought one we of course had to get more. We added sunny, peaches, and blue. The only one left now is peaches and its becuase she ate all the other fish. Karra knows its peaches but sometimes she calles it Mamo in memory of the first fish.

In march my sister-in-law Jen got married. I gained 2 new nieces and a nephew. They were a gorgeous couple and the wedding turned out awesome!

CHRISTMAS!

We spent Christmas Eve with the Neilsons and Christmas day with our family and the Ridges. Karra had a blast opening her presents but she also tried to open everyone elses too.
